Q2: Is my donation secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via PayFast’s PCI-DSS-compliant secure payment gateway. HISWO does not store any card details.
Q3: Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. After your donation is processed, you will receive an acknowledgment email/receipt.
Q4: Are donations refundable?
No. All donations are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they directly support our humanitarian projects.
Q5: How are donations used?
Funds are utilized in projects such as education, medical camps, food distribution, women empowerment, and clean water initiatives. Financial reports and impact updates are available upon request.

HISWO does not sell commercial products. Instead, we accept donations and contributions that are directly used for social welfare programs.
Example donation categories in PKR are:
- Education Support: From PKR 1,000 – PKR 10,000 (school supplies, teacher support, etc.)
- Food Security & Meals: From PKR 2,500 – PKR 15,000 (ration bags, cooked meals, relief food packs)
- Medical Camps: From PKR 5,000 – PKR 20,000 (medicines, doctor consultation, lab tests)
- Water Projects: From PKR 45,000 – PKR 1,000,000 (hand pump installations)
- Livelihood Support: From PKR 15,000 – PKR 40,000 (sewing machines, fruit carts)
- Disaster Relief: Flexible, depending on emergency response needs.
- All amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Donors may choose one-time or recurring donations.
